Registered Nurse (RN)

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage the nursing staff, upholding quality standards, policies, and procedures Coordinate patient care by scheduling and assigning nursing staff Evaluate nursing activities to ensure high-quality patient care, strong team relations, and efficient services Monitor patient care quality and assist with patient care as needed Respond to complex, urgent, or emergent situations Act as a liaison between staff, physicians, and other departments to facilitate effective communication Mentor and develop nursing staff, promoting professional growth and training
Qualifications:
