Supervisor We are looking for a qualified nursing supervisor to oversee patients and manage the nursing team for the overnight shift of our bed health 49 bed health center. Our ideal candidate has solid experience as a registered nurse and is able to manage and support the care delivery to our residents. This position requires team management skills and a problem-solving attitude. Further training in management or administration would be a bonus. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure smooth nursing operations at our health center through the support and encouragement of our team members. Responsibilities Assign care teams Ensure nursing operational standards are met Provide reports on shift activity Ensure all nurses follow policies and procedures Train new team members Evaluate staff performance Inform family members about medical updates Liaison with family members/visitors during shift Establish a compassionate environment by providing psychological support to patients, family and friends Oversee input in EMR(electronic medical record) Skills Proven work experience as a nursing supervisor Knowledge of long term care regulatory guidance is helpful Knowledge of best practices in healthcare Team management skills Great communication and people skills Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills Valid nursing license
