Role:

As a Unit Manager at Gulfside Health & Rehab, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our skilled nursing facility, ensuring that our residents receive the best possible care.

Your responsibilities will include:

Nursing Administration:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of our nursing department, including staffing, scheduling, and patient care.

Team Leadership:

Lead and manage a team of licensed nursing professionals, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Compliance:

Ensure that our facility meets all regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, OSHA, and Joint Commission standards.

Quality Improvement:

Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the quality of care and services we provide.

Communication:

Collaborate with other departments, including rehabilitation, social services, and dietary, to ensure a coordinated approach to patient care.

Requirements:

Education:

Associate's degree in Nursing (RN) or related field.

Licensure:

Active LPN or RN license in the state of Florida.

Experience:

1+ years of experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting.

Certifications:

Must have Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and may be required to obtain additional certifications as necessary.

Benefits:

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $36 - $44, depending on years of experience and level of certification.
