Job Description
RN Unit Manager Full-Time | Day Shift | Weekly Pay $42.00-$47.00 per Hour Parkside Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation - Ellijay, GA Parkside Center is looking for an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to join our leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse who is passionate about resident care, team development, and maintaining high clinical standards in a skilled nursing environment. As the Unit Manager, you will oversee the daily clinical operations of your assigned unit, provide leadership to nursing staff, and work closely with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care and positive resident outcomes. What You'll Do Supervise and support nursing staff on your assigned unit. Ensure residents receive quality, person-centered care. Coordinate admissions, discharges, and care planning. Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes appropriately. Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations. Complete clinical documentation accurately and timely. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, families, and other departments. Mentor and develop nursing team members while promoting a positive work environment. Qualifications Active Georgia RN license in good standing. Previous long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation experience preferred. Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus. Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills. Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-focused care.
