Responsibilities:

Rn Nurse Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our healthcare facility, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies. Oversee a team of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and certified nursing assistants, providing guidance and support to achieve exceptional patient care outcomes. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure continuum of care, quality improvement, and patient satisfaction. Requirements:

Must be a registered nurse with a current license to practice in the state of Illinois. Minimum of 1 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a long-term care or healthcare setting. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff members. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.
