The RN Supervisor functions as the lead nurse on assigned shift/unit and provides oversite of nursing care in their assigned area. As a part of our care team, you'll bring your strong customer service and interpersonal skills to interact with our residents, families, physicians and other members of our multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional and administrative leadership to staff.
• Coordinate nursing, medical and/or behavioral health care activities with all staff to ensure smooth and complete coordination of efforts during shared shift.
• Provide mentoring and training as needed.
• Coordinate all care rendered to patients, including physician orders and diagnostic information, and ensure consultations are ordered.

Requirements:

Recognize significant signs and symptoms of disease Ability to pass medications Ability to provide technical nursing care guidance. Clear and active Illinois Registered Nursing (RN) License 2+ years of Supervisory or Management experience In-depth knowledge of Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility procedures Team management skills Great communication and people skills Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
