A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN NURSE MANAGER
As a Nurse Manager , you will play a crucial role in leading our care team and ensuring exceptional care for our residents.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
Supervising care staff to ensure the timely and proper completion of duties. Administering medications and medical treatments under physician orders. Assessing residents' conditions and documenting changes, interventions, and outcomes. Coordinating and overseeing activities of daily living while addressing family/social concerns. Advocating for superior resident care and promoting service excellence . Your leadership, attention to quality assurance, and compassion for residents will drive the success of our care program. This is why you chose a career in nursing! Qualifications Current Minnesota Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license Basic Life Certification Team-oriented work ethic Previous supervisory experience preferred, especially in mental health or long-term care environments.
