Registered Nurses:

MS Registered Nurse license (unrestricted) BLS certification Communication And Organizational Skills a must. Responsibilities for

Registered Nurses:

Lead and/or direct licensed, certified and nonprofessional staff in the delivery of direct resident care. Ensure quality nursing care is provided to the residents as prescribed by the physician, in accordance with established facility protocol, and local, state and federal regulations. Assess the overall status of the residents and document in the medical record. Coordinate, prepare for and assist with new admissions, hospital return transfers, and discharges. Communicate with residents, family members, other disciplines and health care professionals regarding the status of the resident. IV Therapy as well as, other duties assigned by the Director of Nursing. Knowledge of federal, state and local regulations related to resident care in a long-term care environment. Ability to exercise judgment when making decisions. Strong leadership skills
