Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to lead our nursing team and ensure the highest standards of patient care. This role is pivotal in managing healthcare operations, overseeing clinical practices, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, including CHAP The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of healthcare management to foster a collaborative environment focused on quality patient outcomes. Duties Oversee daily operations of the nursing department, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality patient care. Manage Certified Home Health Aides training, performance evaluations, and professional development. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement clinical protocols and policies. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards, including CHAP accreditation requirements. Monitor patient care metrics and implement strategies for improvement in clinical outcomes. Facilitate communication between nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to enhance patient care delivery. Experience A valid nursing license with a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting. Proven experience in healthcare management or medical management roles is preferred. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and staff.
