Weekend RN Supervisor Job Summary:

Avir at Alice is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Weekend RN Supervisor to join our dynamic healthcare team in Alice, TX. As a Weekend RN Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care on weekends, ensuring that our patients receive exceptional service and care. Responsibilities:

Oversee the nursing staff on weekends, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth operations and high-quality patient care Develop and implement effective care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams Monitor and evaluate the quality of patient care, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies Collaborate with nurse managers and other department leaders to develop and implement staffing plans and schedules Provide mentorship and coaching to staff members, fostering a culture of growth and development

Requirements:

Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Texas Minimum of 0 years of experience as an RN, with a strong foundation in nursing practices and leadership principles Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams Ability to work flexible hour schedules, including weekends and on-call shifts Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) and other healthcare technology systems
