As the largest and most utilized hospice provider in the Permian Basin, Home Hospice has established offices in Odessa, Midland, Big Spring, and Andrews. The organization is CHAP accredited, ensuring high standards of quality care and compliance. Committed to compassionate end-of-life care, Home Hospice supports patients and families with dedicated, professional services in their time of need. Role Description This is a full-time on-site Nurse Manager role based in Big Spring, TX. The Nurse Manager will oversee clinical staff, plan and implement patient care services, and maintain compliance with healthcare standards and regulations. Key responsibilities include providing leadership to nursing staff, coordinating interdisciplinary care teams, and ensuring high-quality care delivery to hospice patients. The Nurse Manager will also handle performance evaluations, staff development, and operational workflow management. Qualifications Strong background in Nursing and Patient Care, with an active Registered Nurse (RN) license Demonstrated experience in Nursing Management and overseeing clinical teams Expertise in Medicine, including hospice care and Critical Care Medicine Proficient understanding of patient care policies, best practices, and regulatory compliance Exceptional organizational, leadership, and decision-making abilities Ability to provide emotional support and guidance to patients, families, and staff Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Nursing (BSN or ADN); additional certifications in hospice care are a plus Previous experience in hospice or palliative care is highly desirableHome Hospice is seeking a Full-time RN to care for patients in West Texas.
