Nights, 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM (3-4 shifts per week, every other weekend off)

License/Certs:
RN License (Texas or multistate), CPR/BLS required
Experience:
Previous LTC experience preferred but not mandatory

What You'll Do:
Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor patient health status and report changes Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to create and update care plans Follow infection control and safety protocols Document patient care accurately and timely Support a calm, caring environment for residents and staff
What You Need:
Valid RN license in Texas or ability to practice in Texas CPR/BLS certification required Previous experience in LTC preferred Strong communication and compassionate care skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team About the
