Position Overview The RN Clinical Manager is responsible for overseeing clinical operations, ensuring quality patient care, supporting field staff, and maintaining compliance with agency policies and healthcare regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Responsibilities
Provide clinical oversight and support for nursing and caregiving staff.
Coordinate and monitor patient care plans to ensure quality outcomes.
Assist with patient assessments, admissions, and care coordination as needed.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and agency regulations.
Review clinical documentation for accuracy and completeness.
Collaborate with physicians, healthcare professionals, patients, and families.
Support staff training, mentorship, and performance improvement initiatives.
Help maintain high standards of patient care and customer service.
Qualifications
Current Registered Nurse (RN) License required.
Home Health experience preferred but not required.
Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Proficient with electronic documentation and computer systems.
