This full-time leadership position is ideal for a Registered Nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and supporting clinical staff in a home health setting. Position Overview The RN Clinical Manager is responsible for overseeing clinical operations, ensuring quality patient care, supporting field staff, and maintaining compliance with agency policies and healthcare regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Responsibilities Provide clinical oversight and support for nursing and caregiving staff. Coordinate and monitor patient care plans to ensure quality outcomes. Assist with patient assessments, admissions, and care coordination as needed. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and agency regulations. Review clinical documentation for accuracy and completeness. Help maintain high standards of patient care and customer service. Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) License required. Home Health experience preferred but not required. Proficient with electronic documentation and computer systems.
