Registered Nurse Manager Opportunity:

Full-time, direct hire position

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, day shift Registered Nurse Manager position will be working in

Pediatrics Registered Nurse Manager Responsibilities:

The Registered Nurse Manager will oversee daily management and strategic planning of the patient care area to support optimal patient outcomes Provides staff leadership, manages resources responsibly, and partners with physicians and interdisciplinary teams The Registered Nurse Manager will monitor performance metrics, patient outcomes, and staff engagement to drive continuous improvement

Nurse Manager Qualifications:

Valid Registered Nurse License 2 years of registered nurse experience in either Labor and Delivery or Pediatrics 1 year of nursing leadership experience preferred 1 year of acute care nursing experience Bachelor's degree preferred ACLS and BLS required
