Schedule:

Rotating 5x8 shifts (8-hour shifts between 6:00 AM-8:00 PM), with weekends and holidays as needed.

100% Onsite (This position cannot be performed remotely.) Insync Consulting is seeking a customer-focused Patient Menu Representative (Diet Clerk) to join our Nutrition Services team. In this role, you'll help patients select meals that meet their dietary needs while providing outstanding customer service. You'll work closely with dietitians, nursing staff, and food service teams to ensure accurate meal orders, process diet changes, answer patient questions, and contribute to a positive patient experience. Responsibilities Assist patients with menu selections at the bedside or over the phone. Review and modify menus based on physician orders, dietary restrictions, and patient preferences. Enter and maintain accurate diet orders and meal selections. Communicate with clinical and food service teams to ensure timely and accurate meal delivery. Educate patients on menu options and dietary modifications. Address patient concerns and help improve overall satisfaction with meal services. Qualifications Required High School Diploma or GED Previous call center experience Food service or food delivery experience Proficiency using computers, tablets, and smartphones Preferred Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or a related field Diet Clerk or Diet Aide experience in an acute care hospital Knowledge of therapeutic diets
