Dietetic Technician Apply Now Search all jobs Job Description Sodexo is seeking a full-time Dietetic Technician to join the clinical nutrition team at The University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB). This position will support a growing facility and work alongside an excellent clinical nutrition team. Responsible for day-to-day nutrition care, screenings, assessments, and patient education. May assist dietitian in obtaining Healthcare foodservice or clinical nutrition, experience preferred. NDTR credential required or eligibility to obtain credential. About the job This role is ideal for someone passionate about nutrition, wellness, and making a meaningful impact on patient care. You'll play a vital part in supporting clinical nutrition services, collaborating closely with Registered Dietitians and foodservice teams to deliver high-quality care that aligns with client needs and regulatory standards. The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.
Pay Range:

Requirements Education Requirement:
Associate's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice in a Dietetic Technician Program as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND), Bachelor's degree with completion of required coursework in a Didactic Program in Dietetics (DPD) as dictated by ACEND, or required coursework and supervised practice in a Certified Dietary Manager Program as dictated by the Certifying Board for Dietary Managers (CBDM)
Credentials Requirement:
o Meets eligibility requirements for Nutrition & Dietetics Technician, Registered (DTR/NDTR) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) or Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) by the Certifying Board for Dietary Managers (CBDM) o Certification/licensure as required by state(s) of practice What we offer Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
