CLIENT'S REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program with required fieldwork. Active Arizona OT license and successful completion of the NBCOT exam.
SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
Evaluate students' functional and educational needs related to fine motor, sensory, and self-help skills. Develop and implement IEP-aligned OT goals to support student access to the educational curriculum. Provide direct and consultative OT services in classrooms and school settings. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers, parents, and related service providers. Maintain compliant documentation and progress reports per IDEA, district, and state requirements.
