Job Description
(Click Apply Now to apply to this job) (ECA) is looking for Pediatric Occupational Therapists, aka fun-loving, highly enthusiastic, professional, compassionate therapists who love to help young children blossom and achieve their developmental milestones and goals!

Our therapists work with the child right in his/her home play area where the child feels safe, secure and familiar in their natural environment. Pediatric Occupational Therapists (OT) at ECA are responsible for:
Providing developmental assessments and treatments in a play-based approach for children ages birth to 3 in their natural environmentProviding parent education and home programs related to treatment goalsCollaborating with a multidisciplinary team of fellow treating cliniciansSupporting and facilitating each child's progress through quality therapy, increasing opportunities for inclusion and enhancing trusted caregiver-child relationshipsCompleting biannual progress reports utilizing standardized developmental assessment toolsOther related dutiesWhat are the job qualifications?

Education:
Degree from an accreditedOccupational Therapy ProgramLicensure:
Current and unrestricted Occupational Therapy licensure in California (or eligible)Current CPR certificationCurrent TB testRequired Experience:
Desire to work with patients in home setting is requiredPediatric experience is a plusBilingual Spanish speaking a plusMust pass background check and drug screeningAdditional Skills:
