Pediatric Occupational Therapists (OT) at ECA are responsible for:

Providing developmental assessments and treatments in a play-based approach for children ages birth to 3 in their natural environmentProviding parent education and home programs related to treatment goalsCollaborating with a multidisciplinary team of fellow treating cliniciansSupporting and facilitating each child's progress through quality therapy, increasing opportunities for inclusion and enhancing trusted caregiver-child relationshipsCompleting biannual progress reports utilizing standardized developmental assessment toolsOther related dutiesWhat are the job qualifications?
Education:
Degree from an accredited
Occupational Therapy ProgramLicensure:
Current and unrestricted Occupational Therapy licensure in California (or eligible)Current CPR certificationCurrent TB test
Required Experience:
Desire to work with patients in home setting is requiredPediatric experience is a plusBilingual Spanish speaking a plusMust pass background check and drug screening
Additional Skills:
Direct early intervention experience is a plusExcellent communication skillsCommitment to excellence!
