Job Description
Category Schools - OT Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding contract role where you can inspire and support K-12 students as a dedicated occupational therapy professional for the full academic year. This position offers the unique opportunity to partner with schools near Peyton, CO, working hands-on and via teletherapy to help young learners thrive physically, socially, and academically. You'll focus on developing fine and gross motor skills, maximizing independence, and collaborating with educators and families in a supportive environment.
Qualifications and Experience Desired:
Valid Colorado OT license or eligibility for licensure Experience in a school setting as either an Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Proficiency in providing both in-person and teletherapy services Strong understanding of K-12 student needs, including IEP development and execution Effective communication skills for teamwork with teachers, parents, and support staff Adept at designing creative therapy interventions that support growth in fine and gross motor abilities
Key Responsibilities:
