Job Description

Occupational Therapist- fee-for- service, part-time, full-time $3000 Hiring Incentive for full time Company Description Beacon Services of Connecticut provides home-based pediatric services for infants, toddlers, and children from birth to three years of age. Our interdisciplinary teams work together to support families throughout the state of Connecticut using high quality therapy services based upon evidenced-based practices. Job Description Our Occupational Therapists deliver intervention to families where they live by evaluating young children's current abilities, developing individualized support plans, applying evidence-based interventions, and supporting transition to new school and community-based services. Clinicians work and collaborate as part of a multi-disciplinary team. Qualifications Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy Some pediatric experience preferred Current Licensure by relevant state board or agency Additional Information Strong communication skills to confidently explain information and build rapport with families Strong organizational skills to support case management duties A teamwork mindset to collaborate with other clinicians A willingness to learn and grow Things to Know Beacon places a high value on providing excellent training and support to new and current clinicians We believe in fair compensation and incentives for exceptional work We provide a degree of flexibility in scheduling so clinicians can balance the demands of work and home Working Conditions Working in family homes and community settings. The position will require some travel between locations, within a limited region
Work Hours:
