Approximately 70% Clinical / 30% Leadership About Language Link Therapy Language Link Therapy is a growing pediatric therapy organization focused heavily on early intervention and children ages 2-7. Our model is built around collaboration. We work closely with families, schools, ABA providers, and other professionals involved in a child's care because we believe meaningful progress requires communication and carryover across the child's entire team. We also believe that quality therapy is not measured simply by the quantity of therapy provided. Our goal is to identify where a child is today, determine where we want to help them go, and build an effective plan to get them there. As we continue to expand throughout Florida, we are looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Regional Director of Occupational Therapy in Broward County. The Opportunity This is a hands-on clinical leadership position for an OT who loves treating children but is also ready to have a larger impact. Approximately 70% of the position is clinical , maintaining a pediatric caseload, while approximately 30% is dedicated to clinical leadership, mentorship, program development, and expansion. You will work closely with our Clinical Director and leadership team to help strengthen and expand our occupational therapy program throughout Florida. Responsibilities Maintain a pediatric occupational therapy caseload Provide high-quality treatment with a strong focus on functional outcomes and meaningful progress Supervise and support COTAs Mentor and support Occupational Therapists Assist with launching and developing services at new centers and partner locations Work closely with our Clinical Director to develop and implement clinical protocols, procedures, and programs Promote collaboration between OT, Speech Therapy, ABA teams, families, and other professionals involved in each child's care Help maintain clinical quality and consistency as the organization expands Participate in the continued development and growth of our occupational therapy program throughout Florida Qualifications Current Florida Occupational Therapist license Minimum of 1 year of experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder Experience working with young children, particularly ages 18mos-7 Significant experience treating children with sensory processing, sensory integration, and regulation needs Strong pediatric clinical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to mentor and support other clinicians Interest in clinical leadership and program development Collaborative, team-oriented approach to pediatric care Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Who We Are Looking For We are not simply looking for someone to manage therapists.
