Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) - Full-Time Competitive Compensation Our well-established healthcare and rehabilitation organization is seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) to join our interdisciplinary rehabilitation team. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping patients regain independence and improve their quality of life. Responsibilities Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans. Provide therapeutic interventions to improve activities of daily living (ADLs), mobility, strength, coordination, and cognitive function. Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, Physical Therapists, Speech Therapists, and other members of the healthcare team. Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, adaptive equipment, and home safety. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory and facility standards. Participate in care planning meetings and interdisciplinary team conferences. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes. Qualifications Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license in the State of Georgia. Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program. Previous experience in Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation, Long-Term Care, or a healthcare setting is preferred. Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team. CPR certification preferred.
