• Feeding Therapist (Part-Time) Tongue Tie Laser Center of Atlanta (TLC) | Atlanta, GA About Us TLC is a specialty practice focused on tongue, lip, and buccal tie releases, pre and post operative therapy, lactation support, and myofunctional therapy.

Led by Dr. Mark Persaud, DDS, and Amelia Persaud, OTR/L, IBCLC, CFT, our team takes a collaborative, whole-patient approach to feeding, breathing, and oral function across the lifespan. The Role We're seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist with feeding therapy expertise to join our interdisciplinary team on a part-time basis, with potential to grow into a full-time position as our caseload expands. You'll evaluate and treat patients—from infants through adults—whose feeding, sensory, and oral-motor challenges intersect with tethered oral tissues, airway concerns, and myofunctiona/oral dysfunction. • and post-release (frenectomy) care in coordination with our clinical team Collaborate with lactation, myofunctional, and dental providers on integrated care plans Educate caregivers and patients on home programs and feeding strategies Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation Qualifications Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy Current Georgia OT license (or eligibility) and NBCOT certification Experience in feeding/oral-motor therapy; pediatric and infant experience strongly preferred Familiarity with tethered oral tissues, orofacial myofunctional therapy, sensory integration, and airway-centered care (or willingness to train) Strong collaborative and caregiver-communication skills Preferred Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy training or certification SOS Approach to Feeding, sensory integration, or similar specialized training Experience working alongside IBCLCs and dental providers Comfort treating across the lifespan (infant through adult) What We Offer Part-time schedule with a clear path to full-time as the practice grows Collaborative, multidisciplinary environment with built-in referral flow Focus on a niche, high-impact area of care 50k•65k
