Part Time Outpatient Pediatric Occupational Therapist

Job Description

CST Academy is a leading outpatient multidisciplinary practice specializing in providing life-changing therapeutic services to autistic children and children with related developmental delays. In addition to outpatient services, we offer a therapeutic preschool program within our clinics. CST Academy is currently seeking a part-time licensed Occupational Therapist to join our growing team. Our team also has full-time opportunities available.
Responsibilities include:
Provide in-clinic, individualized, evidence-based therapy to pediatric clients Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop treatment plans Collaborate closely with SLPs, PTs, BCBAs, and ABA therapists Educate and empower parents with home strategies Participate in a highly collaborative, team-centered environment Necessary skills and attributes include : Openness to working with children of all ages and with a variety of disorder areas Pediatric experience preferred The ability to "connect" with children and parents Exceptional written and oral communication skills Creative, flexible, and team-oriented mindset Access to personal transportation Experience with feeding therapy is a plus
