Job Description

Desired Qualifications:
Hold an active Michigan OT or COTA license Previous experience in pediatric or school-based settings is preferred Strong communication skills for collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams Enthusiasm for working with students across all grade levels, K-12 Ability to create and implement individualized interventions and support plans
Your Key Responsibilities:
Deliver occupational therapy services to students across grades K-12 as outlined in Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Provide assessments to determine student needs and document findings Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students' educational goals Develop creative, goal-focused treatment plans tailored to each student's strengths and areas for growth Maintain thorough records of student progress and adapt interventions as needed Engage in consultations and participate in IEP meetings as part of a cohesive educational support team
