We help individuals with disabilities, seniors, veterans, families, and organizations find transportation solutions that improve independence and quality of life. We are looking for a professional, motivated Mobility Sales Specialist to join our Lansing team. This is a consultative sales position. The right candidate will build relationships, understand customers' needs, recommend the right solutions, and guide customers through the purchasing process. Responsibilities Work with customers to understand their mobility and transportation needs. Sell wheelchair-accessible vehicles, adaptive equipment, and mobility solutions. Follow up with incoming leads and actively develop new business. Build relationships with customers, healthcare professionals, referral sources, and community organizations. Conduct vehicle and product demonstrations. Maintain an organized sales pipeline and customer records using Salesforce. Work closely with our service and operations teams to provide an excellent customer experience. Participate in networking, community events, and other business-development opportunities. Consistently follow up with prospects and work toward established sales goals. Represent Clock Mobility professionally throughout the community. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is confident, motivated, organized, and genuinely enjoys helping people.
You should have:
Proven sales or business-development experience. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. The ability to listen, identify customer needs, and recommend solutions. Strong follow-through and accountability. The ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good organizational and time-management skills. Comfort using CRM and computer systems. A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Mobility industry experience is a plus, but not required. We can teach the right person our products and industry. We are looking for someone with the work ethic, professionalism, and desire to succeed.
