• Make a meaningful impact while maintaining a healthy work-life balance What You'll Do As a School-Based Occupational Therapist, you'll help students develop the skills they need to succeed both inside and outside the classroom.

Responsibilities include:

Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations. Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals. Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services. Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams. Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning. Document services and maintain compliant records. Recommend adaptive equipment and classroom accommodations. Promote student independence, participation, and success across educational environments. What We're Looking For Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy Current Michigan Occupational Therapist License (or ability to obtain) NBCOT Certification preferred Excellent communication and collaboration skills Passion for working with children and helping students thrive School-based experience is a plus—but not required!
