Job Description

Qualifications:
Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state (or eligibility to obtain) Previous experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in a school setting Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and parents Dedication to facilitating student growth and promoting independence Your responsibilities will include: Conducting assessments and evaluations for students referred to OT services Designing and implementing individualized treatment plans to address various developmental, cognitive, or physical needs Supporting students in achieving their educational goals with adaptive strategies and assistive technology Consulting with multidisciplinary teams and contributing to IEP development Maintaining accurate documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and communications Providing guidance and training to teachers and support staff as needed This contract role is an excellent chance to gain diverse experience, contribute to a positive school culture, and build relationships with both students and colleagues.
