Job Description

We are seeking compassionate, reliable clinicians to join our growing team. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments to evaluate patients' functional abilities and needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's goals and medical conditions Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility to enhance independence Support discharge planning by coordinating care transitions and providing recommendations for ongoing therapy or support services Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including speech therapists, physical therapists, physicians, educators, and case managers to optimize patient outcomes Document clinical findings accurately using electronic health records (EHR) systems while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations Provide specialized interventions for populations including individuals with autism spectrum disorders, neurodevelopmental disorders, geriatrics, pediatrics, and those in post-acute care settings Experience Proven experience working as an occupational therapist in inpatient settings such as hospitals or skilled nursing facilities Demonstrated expertise in pediatric occupational therapy, early intervention programs, and school-based environments working with students with disabilities or special education needs Hands-on experience in outpatient clinics or home health services delivering physical rehabilitation occupational therapy programs Knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, anatomy, and clinical documentation standards necessary for accurate case management Familiarity with implementing occupational therapy programs for individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders and disabilities across various age groups Experience working within evidence-based practice frameworks to develop effective treatment plans and improve patient care outcomes Strong client communication skills combined with the ability to collaborate effectively within interprofessional teams across diverse healthcare settings
Pay:
$80.00 - $110.00 per hour
