Join our CentraCare Rehabilitation Team as a full-time Occupational Therapist serving our critical access hospital and clinic settings! This position offers a regular schedule primarily based in Paynesville, with a flexibility to cover our Melrose location based on department and patient need. You'll deliver comprehensive occupational therapy services to a diverse population across both inpatient and outpatient settings, providing care for patients of all ages with a strong emphasis on expanding our existing pediatric services. Schedule:

Full time | 80 hours every two weeks Monday-Friday | 8:00 am- 4:30 pm

Pay and Benefits:

Starting salary begins at $80,664.48 and increases with experience Salary range: $71,676.80-$109,699.20 per year Salary range is based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate $5,000 hiring bonus | $5,000 relocation bonus available for qualified candidates Full time benefits: medical, dental, PTO, retirement, employee discounts and more!

Qualifications:

Associate Degree Graduate of an accredited school of occupational therapy required Basic Life Support (BLS) Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required prior to completion of unit orientation required Licensed by the MN Board of Occupational Therapy as an occupational therapist or current temporary permit required License required within 90 days from date of exam Prior experience in pediatrics preferred To be eligible for the hiring bonus, student loan repayment or relocation bonus, you must be an external candidate who is hired into an eligible full time or part time benefited position. Previous CentraCare employees qualify if they have not worked for CentraCare for at least 9 months at the date of hire.
