Job Description

Your Role as a PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans. Manage and mentor Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) to ensure quality care delivery. Deliver therapy sessions focused on self-care, mobility, and functional independence. Educate patients, families, and caregivers on adaptive strategies and equipment. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals. Document patient progress and ensure compliance with NC licensure standards. Qualifications Current North Carolina OT license (required). BLS certification (preferred). Strong communication and teamwork skills. Passion for patient-centered care and rehabilitation.
