About the Role Madison Medical is seeking a passionate, driven Occupational Therapist to join our collaborative team of multidisciplinary professionals. • Provide one-on-one therapy sessions in a compassionate, fast-paced outpatient setting
• Develop customized treatment plans for orthopedic, neurological, and chronic-care patients
• Collaborate with physicians, rehab specialists, and cross-specialty teams — sports medicine, regenerative therapy, and the Athletic Recovery Center — on integrated treatment pathways
• Educate patients and families on home programs and recovery tools
• Track and document progress using our EMR system
• Participate in team meetings to help optimize patient outcomes
• Help grow our outpatient therapy program as a core pillar of Madison's multidisciplinary model Compensation & Partnership

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) in the State of New Jersey
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• New grads encouraged to apply — mentorship available
• Experience in outpatient, orthopedic, or neurological care is a plus Skills
• Proficiency in medical terminology to communicate effectively within a healthcare setting
• Working knowledge of physiology as it relates to rehabilitation practice
• Comfort and experience working with patients with disabilities, including those on the autism spectrum

$56.64 - $61.79 per hour
