Current New Mexico Occupational Therapist PED certification Holds an active New Mexico Occupational Therapist license Experience providing school-based OT services is highly valued Strong assessment skills across a range of student needs and grade levels Ability to contribute thoughtfully in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary settings Excellent communication and interpersonal skills when working with staff and families Key responsibilities include: Delivering comprehensive OT services to K-12 students under a flexible part-time schedule Conducting detailed assessments and developing effective intervention strategies Attending and participating in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings Collaborating with teachers, support teams, administrators, and parents to optimize student progress Maintaining accurate documentation and progress reports This contract-based position offers compensation ranging from $38/hr to $45/hr, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
