Job Summary:

At Oasis Nursing and Rehab of Green Valley, we are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team of compassionate healthcare professionals. As a per diem OT, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, providing individualized therapy services to promote wellness and independence. Our state-of-the-art facility is equipped with the latest technology and staffed by a dedicated team of professionals who are committed to delivering exceptional care.

Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and modify occupational therapy plans to meet the unique needs of each patient Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify areas of function, strength, and range of motion Design and implement customized therapy programs to improve physical, cognitive, and mental abilities Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and achieve optimal patient outcomes Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient progress and therapy plans Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (OT) from an accredited institution Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Nevada Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
