We are currently seeking a Per Diem Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join our outpatient therapy team. Assess patient needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and modify interventions as appropriate. Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care. Educate patients, families, and caregivers regarding treatment plans and home exercise programs. Consult with team members regarding occupational therapy interventions and recommendations. Monitor, document, and communicate patient progress and changes in status. Complete all required documentation in a timely manner. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Master's Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program. Valid New York State Occupational Therapist license. Strong organizational and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. New graduates are encouraged to apply.
