At TheraDynamics, our OTs in ALF settings work with patients recovering from strokes, hip fractures, cardiac events, and progressive neurological conditions. You will design creative, functional interventions that address ADLs, cognitive retraining, upper extremity rehabilitation, and safe discharge planning. Your work directly determines whether a patient goes home or stays in a facility — and we give you the tools, time, and support to make that happen.
