Establish long term client relationships with the ability to see your clients for many months at a time. This position is Occupational Therapy-in the home with Senior clients, in the home. You may start patients during an episode of home health therapy and transition them to private pay functional fitness (provided by COTA/personal trainers) to build upon and maintain the gains made during skilled care. At Care In Home, we help SENIORS get strong and mobile so they can continue to live at home safely for as long as possible.
