Occupational Therapist (OT)

•PRN Ohman Family Living is hiring a PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) for our home health team in Northeast, Ohio. Pay:

$55

•140 per visit, depending on visit type and experience As a Home Health Occupational Therapist, you'll evaluate patients, design individualized treatment plans, and help them regain independence in activities of daily living in the comfort of their own homes. Occupational Therapist Responsibilities:

Conduct initial evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals Provide skilled occupational therapy treatment to improve function, strength, and coordination Supervise and delegate care to Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) as appropriate Help patients regain independence in activities of daily living (ADLs) such as dressing, bathing, and household tasks Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and equipment Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Complete clinical documentation in compliance with home health and Medicare regulations

OT Qualifications:

Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of Ohio Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy (OTR/L or equivalent) Home health or rehabilitation experience preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong critical thinking and clinical judgment Compassion, patience, and a positive attitude Valid driver's license with reliable vehicle and car insurance Ability to work independently and travel to patient homes Must pass a background check
