Skills and Experience Sought:

Current, valid Ohio Occupational Therapist (OT) license Experience with pediatric or school-based OT services preferred Strong assessment and evaluation skills Ability to adapt interventions for a variety of grade levels, from early learners through high school Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working alongside teachers and school staff

Duties and Responsibilities:

Conduct occupational therapy evaluations as needed per school and district requests Work with students individually or in small groups to provide direct OT services Consult with educators and families to support students' Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Document progress, maintain records, and contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings Adapt therapy plans to address the evolving needs of school-aged children
