Contract Assignment:
August 2026 - June 2027 (with possible extension) Job Duties Evaluate students and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans based on educational needs. Provide direct occupational therapy services to improve students' fine motor, sensory processing, self-care, and functional skills. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student participation and success in the classroom. Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to therapy goals and recommendations. Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, therapy sessions, progress reports, and service logs. Ensure compliance with school district policies, state regulations, and federal special education requirements. Consult with school staff regarding classroom accommodations, adaptive equipment, and strategies to support student independence. Job Requirements Active Oregon Occupational Therapist (OT) License. School-based pediatric occupational therapy experience preferred. Knowledge of IEP processes, IDEA regulations, and special education services. Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently while partnering effectively with multidisciplinary school teams. Schedule Day Shift 16-20 hours per week part-time role
Pay:
$55.00 - $65.00 per hour
