We partner with school districts to provide exceptional educational support professionals who make a meaningful impact in students' lives every day. We are seeking a compassionate, collaborative, and student-focused Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team. In this role, you'll work with students across a variety of grade levels and disability categories, helping them develop the fine motor, sensory, self-regulation, and functional skills needed to succeed in the classroom and beyond. Responsibilities Evaluate students to determine occupational therapy needs. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans aligned with each student's IEP. Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services in school settings. Support students with fine motor development, handwriting, sensory processing, self-care, visual-motor integration, and classroom participation. Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, administrators, related service providers, and families. Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development and progress monitoring. Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with district, state, and federal requirements. Recommend adaptive equipment, classroom accommodations, and environmental modifications. Educate school staff and caregivers on strategies to support student success. Qualifications Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of practice. NBCOT certification preferred (or as required by state regulations). School-based experience preferred but not required. Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team. Must meet all state and district clearance requirements.
