8am-4:30pm Responsibilities Evaluate patients to determine their functional abilities, limitations, and treatment needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each patient's condition and goals. Provide therapeutic exercises and activities to improve mobility, strength, coordination, and daily functioning. Help patients improve their ability to perform activities of daily living and maintain independence. Monitor patient progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed. Educate patients, families, and caregivers on appropriate exercises and treatment techniques. Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation and treatment records.
