Responsibilities:
What You'll Do Assist therapists with routine daily treatments and patient transportation. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment. Support supply management, including receiving, inventorying, and preparing monthly orders. Perform general office duties such as answering phones, filing, copying, and message-taking. Collaborate with a team of caring professionals dedicated to patient wellbeing and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
What You Bring 1 year of related work experience Strong skills in Google Docs, Microsoft Word, and Excel Excellent organizational abilities and strong attention to detail Self‑driven , dependable, and comfortable in a fast‑paced care environment A team-first mindset—collaborative, supportive, and open to growth High school diploma or equivalent (required) BLS/Healthcare Provider certification (must be maintained) Physical & Sensory Requirements This role involves activities such as walking, bending, kneeling, lifting up to 34 lbs, and maintaining balance—all essential to supporting patient care and clinic operations.
