The COTA will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide patient-centered care focused on improving functional independence.

Contract:

13 weeks

Shift:

Day /Eve

• flexible (Mostly Days)

Duties:

Implement occupational therapy treatment plans for short-term and long-term residents Communicate effectively with the Occupational Therapist and interdisciplinary care team Maintain compliance with facility policies, Medicare guidelines, and regulatory standards Complete documentation in Net Health per facility standards

Requirements:

Active OTA License SNF Experience Preferred (Mentorship Available for Those with 0-1 Year Experience) Strong Documentation and Time-Management Skills Flexible and Collaborative Mindset Preference for Sunday

• Saturday Schedule Pay:

  $1,750.00
