$38.00-$60.00 per hour, depending on position and experience Parkside Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation in Ellijay, GA, is seeking compassionate and motivated rehabilitation professionals to join our team on a PRN basis.

We are currently hiring:

Physical Therapists (PT) Occupational Therapists (OTR) Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA) Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) Responsibilities Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans within the appropriate scope of practice. Provide therapy services based on each resident's needs and goals. Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation. Collaborate with nursing, therapy, medical, and interdisciplinary team members. Educate residents, families, and caregivers regarding treatment plans and techniques. Follow all facility policies and applicable state and federal regulations. Help residents improve their mobility, independence, communication, and overall quality of life. Qualifications Current Georgia license or certification applicable to the position. Graduate of an accredited therapy program. Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary team. Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care experience is preferred. Why Join Parkside?
