Overview Join our dedicated team as a Community Based Rehabilitation (CBRS) Worker, where you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders, emotional disturbance, needs for independence, and behavioral health needs within their communities. Duties Develop and implement individualized care plans utilizing behavior management strategies, mental health theory informed practices, psychoeducation, and crisis intervention techniques. Provide direct support to individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders, behavioral health conditions, and emotional disturbance. Utilize electronic health records (EHR) systems to document medical records, progress notes, and behavioral data accurately and securely in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Employ de-escalation techniques and crisis management skills to ensure client safety during behavioral or emotional episodes (infrequently). Collect data systematically for ongoing assessment of client progress and adjust interventions as needed to optimize outcomes. Requirements Bachelors Degree (any field, but preferred human relations). Driver's License, insurance, and reliable transportation (Sessions take place in community and client's home). Ongoing clinical supervision with supervisor (provided by agency) to provide direction and optimal client care Knowledge of mental health and behavioral care practices. Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams about client progress and treatment plans. Familiarity with medical terminology, medical documentation standards, and electronic health records (EHR) management systems or ability to learn these things.

Required:
