A little more about our center: Crestwood Terrace is an Intermediate Care Facility, providing care to the mentally ill/behavior health population (ages 21 and up). Located in a quiet neighborhood, we are one of 3 medical centers on our street.

What you will do in this role: The Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services Aide (PRSA) is responsible for group and individual psychosocial rehabilitation and case management services to adults within a long-term care/nursing home setting. The PRSA will participate with the interdisciplinary team to develop, implement and evaluate effective therapeutic services via facility programming. Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services Aide (PRSA): officially we title this job a Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services Aide, but in other centers it may be called a PRSA, Mental or Behavioral Health Aide, Social Services Aide, Psychiatric Aide. What we need from you : Ideally - prior experience as a PRSA in healthcare center preferred High School diploma or GED equivalent required CNA with a minimum of 1 year of experience preferred Experience with Point Click Care (PCC) is helpful Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment physical and criminal history background check If you are looking for an opportunity that provides satisfaction and personal growth, we encourage you to apply.
