Rehab Aide / Front Office Assistant About Us At Lymphedema-Oncology Rehab Center, we are dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality rehabilitation services that help patients regain mobility, strength, and independence. We are seeking a reliable, energetic Rehab Aide / Front Office Assistant to join our growing team. This dual-role position supports both patient care and administrative operations, making it an essential part of our clinic's daily success. Responsibilities Patient Care Support (Rehab Aide) Assist physical therapists with patient exercises and mobility activities under supervision Prepare and sanitize treatment areas and equipment before and after use Apply hot/cold packs and other therapy modalities as directed Escort patients to and from treatment areas, ensuring comfort and safety throughout Monitor patient progress and communicate observations to the treating therapist Front Office Duties Greet patients and deliver excellent customer service at check-in and check-out Schedule and confirm patient appointments Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries professionally Verify insurance benefits and assist with patient intake paperwork Maintain organized patient records and support billing and claims processes Help ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the clinic Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Prior experience in healthcare, customer service, or an office setting preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency with basic computer applications and scheduling software Interest in healthcare, fitness, or physical therapy is a plus Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, and assist patients throughout the workday Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
