Front Office Coordinator / Rehab Aide InReach Rehab is seeking a dependable and motivated Front Office Coordinator / Rehab Aide to join our rehabilitation team at Tri Valley Health System in Cambridge, NE. Duties and Responsibilities Front Office Coordination Greet patients and visitors warmly and professionally to create a welcoming environment. Manage patient scheduling and coordinate therapist calendars. Assist with check-in, check-out, and insurance verification. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure adherence to HIPAA guidelines. Support daily clinic operations, including supply management, documentation, and communication with patients and providers. Rehab Aide Assist therapists with preparing treatment areas and organizing equipment. Assist with patient care activities under the direction of licensed therapists, as appropriate. Help maintain cleanliness and readiness of therapy spaces. Work collaboratively with the clinical team to ensure efficient daily operations. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience in healthcare administration, office coordination, customer service, or therapy support preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced clinical environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and OneDrive. Ability to remain calm, professional, and patient-centered during busy or stressful situations. Positive attitude, adaptability, and a commitment to teamwork.
