This opportunity is with a Skilled Nursing/Rehab Facility , where you'll support patients in improving mobility, function, and independence as part of their rehabilitation journey. Position Details

Rehab Facility Contract:

13 weeks | Possibility of extension

Schedule:

Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-4:00

PM Hours:

32 hours guaranteed | Up to 40 hours/week

Pay:

Local:

Up to $35/hour W2

Travel:

Up to $1,525/week What You'll Do

• Provide physical or occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed PT or OT, helping patients improve mobility, function, and independence.

Follow the established PT/OT plan of care Provide appropriate therapy interventions Track and document patient progress Assist with patient education and home programs Communicate patient progress with the supervising therapist Follow safety, infection control, and facility standards Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team What We're Looking For

PTA:

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program Active NJ PTA license or ability to obtain

COTA:

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program Active NJ COTA license or ability to obtain Strong communication, teamwork, and patient care skills are required.
